Absolutely terrific experience! Team were friendly store had an awesome vibe and energy, and most of all you could tell they were REAL NBA FANS not just the placid std retail peeps you normally are forced to withstand. Had some great conversation with one guy and then a young girl, found out I could get a jersey with my sons name on it on the spot, and can even get a hat or jersey with a certified SGA autograph on it.. what a place!!!

I would like to thank the guys at the NBA store in the Emporium for helping me with everything basketball related, and specifically Boston Celtics related. I live in Perth and I had just arrived in Melbourne the night before and attended the store the moment they opened as my father is a Celtics fan. They assisted me through the process of choosing the right items - with my dad on FaceTime - and being very honest about their opinions on the merchandise. I can say that the items were re received by my father today (05NOV25) in Perth (as I am still travelling interstate) and it all fits like a glove! They really know their stuff. I am so grateful for their time and effort. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT TO ASSIST MY DAD WITH HIS CHOICES - WITH 2100 KM SEPARATING US. I wish you all the best - I will be back next time I come to Melbourne.

Heaps of options for all fans of every NBA team! I was looking for some Suns gear, found the shorts I was after. And there was plenty of options for apparel (whether you want the throw back Mitchell&Ness lines, the current alternative jersey options, or other lines like casual T-shirts and socks, etc. There is an onsite customising setup for print/embroidery with name and number additions you can request, and a surprising range of signed jersey options with embroidered signatures on jersey numbers. Finally, a shout out to the staff, as everyone there I chatted with was happy to assist, and Joey was a legend: here's to his Celtics and my Suns meeting in the Finals! 🏆 🏆 🏆

If you find yourself at Emporium, I highly recommend paying NBA store a visit. The staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my shopping experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, creating a comfortable environment to browse through their extensive stock. They have a wide variety of items available, so you're bound to find something that catches your eye. I was extremely happy with my purchase, thanks to the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am delighted with the service I received.

Had such a great experience at the NBA Store! Nizar and the team were super helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Fantastic service! We found the staff member who helped us (sadly we didn't get his name) to be friendly and helpful. He gave my son advice and kindly gave him a Shai Guilges Alexender zuru baller from out the back after they had a conversation about how he had several of the same zuru ballers. Thanks for your lovely customer service and for taking the time to talk to my son.
